Dance has been my refuge from age three and painting was my first mode of self-expression — today, movement and strong visuals are present in all my work. My research as a scholartist brings Theatre & Film Performance Theory, Women’s Studies, New Media, and Mexican Culture together, utilizing all these viewpoints to center the celebration of women.

Favorite acting credits include Henrietta in Silent Sky, Titania en A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Emily Webb en Our Town, Ofelia Enamorada en Ophelia y Mónica en Acapulco . My most recent theatre directing credits include Los Lobos y The Convent of Pleasure. My first short film as a fiction director, Sleeping Wide Awake, is now making the rounds in the festival circuit and you can watch my first short as a producer on IMCINE's streaming platform nuestro cine mx!
